Delivery

Processing time: All Items have free tracked standard delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class unless stated in the description. Items will be dispatched 3-5 working days. These will be sent as promptly as possible.

Estimated delivery times: Items are to be sent to UK and mainland areas only, which will be 3-5 working days. Please be aware however of certain times of year that post may be delayed such as Christmas and due to Covid.

Payment options

I take card payments online via Stripe banking. This is a very safe and secure method of payment. We accept all card payments through Stripe.

Returns & exchanges

Refunds

I will give refunds under curtain circumstances such as;

If the item has been damaged in transit and proof of this (i.e ) the item hasn’t been unboxed and there is photographic evidence of this.
The item never arrived and the post office can confirm this was never delivered.

I don’t accept refunds if;

You changed your mind and decided you wouldn’t want the item.
You damage the item yourself and longer want it.
